The Courier drivers also seem to be friendly and reasonably competent, I have no problems with them. Usually after days of emailing them the item will eventually turn up, with no apologies or anything. The best you will get is a reference for a complaint, but you will need to keep pushing and contacting them for any updates. If you contact their Customer Support they are friendly enough but seem to have no power to do anything and have no idea what is going on in the actual business. It is routine to receive it a day or two after it should arrive, that seems to be normal and happens to me even more frequently, probably a quarter are delayed 1-2 days.
Unfortunately I have to deal with Courier Companies as part of my job and I have to say Post Haste are the worst by far, about 1 in every 10 times an item is so delayed that 'Overnight' turns to over a week. This Review: 2.8/10 Staff: Service: Accuracy: Promptness:
All up I must have called them eight times and several times they said that the rural deliver lady in my area had it however this was wrong, it never got past their base. When they found a tracking number I was relieved and I apologised to them, however this did not speed up the delivery. The last package came from overseas and I was asking for a refund from them because the package had not arrived. I will avoid buying items now when they use Post Haste for delivery. No apology, No "I will find out what went wrong".just "I don't know". The lady who gave my package to me said she didn't know. I went to Albany to pick it up and asked them what was going on. Eventually after many phone calls I found the item was at their base. I rung them twice over a week and both times they said they would look into it and call me back within half an hour. Last time the product didn't arrive at my house but was sitting at their base for 2 weeks. I have used Post Haste a couple of times, well others have used them to post me items.
Use post haste at your own risk ill never use them again at least NZ post keeps there tracking up to date and actually deliver there parcels fast and when they say they will unlike snail mail Post Haste.This Review: 1.0/10 Staff: Service: Accuracy: Promptness:

Looking at the reviews here it seems 95% have a similar complaint its clear post haste don't care all about there customers and very rude lady on the phone who couldn't tell me anything other than she can't get through to the driver after having me on hold for 20 seconds I highly recommend not ever using Post Haste unless you want a load of trouble.

Would give 0 stars it it allowed it the Didn't bother to update there tracking untill the day it said it would arrive then they didn't even bother to come and deliver it they have no main office there customer service 0800 number doesn't work on cell phones but nothing on there site mentioned that they have no email address no Facebook page i rang the Palmerston north office the lady was very rude tried saying i was rude they tried to ring the driver but only had me on hold for 20 seconds but said she couldn't get hold of him and said they don't no were it is or what's happening with it and i asked well will it be delivered tomorrow since it says it was meant to be today she said maybe but maybe no she had no idea completely useless customer service can certainly see why post haste are rated the worse courier company in NZ they should be called snail mail to no mail couriers because haste is certainly the wrong name.
